Outward Vision is a commercial website and uses of the site are governed by the terms and conditions outlined here. The visitor to this website whether representing an organisation or not will be referred to as the Client. The term photograph includes photography, transparency, negative, design, artwork, picture, image, digital image file or similar term. The term reproduction includes any form of publication or copying of the whole or part of any picture whether altered or not and whether by printing, photography, slide projection (whether to an audience or not), xerography,electronic or mechanical reproduction or storage. Or for any use as artist's reference or illustration, or in a layout or presentation. No variation of these Terms and Conditions outlined here will be considered valid unless agreed between both Outward Vision and the client in writing. The permission to reproduce photographs is only effective when the appropriate fee has been agreed and when written permission from Outward Vision to the client has been received. An invoice for the use of photographs will be sent, normally along with the photographs which will detail the individual photographs and thier specified use. Images must not be used for publication until the appropriate Image License has been received by the client and the appropriate fee paid. Photographs supplied for reproduction are considered on loan and no copyright or ownership is passed to the client.

The copyright holder will remain Peter J Clarke - Outward Vision. The photographs provided for use may not be altered in any way by the client without prior permission from Outward Vision. Permission to reproduce photographs is only applicable to the use specified in the Image License. Any unauthorised use will be charged at three times the standard fee. The Terms and Conditions outline here may be subject to alteration without prior notice.
